About Chantelle

I run my own clinic in London seeing clients both online and in person, my goal is to help my clients achieve optimal health with a focus on gut health, as I believe this is often the root cause of most illness.

"As a registered Nutritional Therapist my passion is gut health, you could say I'm a bit of a gut geek, but the gut is truly a fascinating place that occupies most of my research into nutritional health."

After completing my BA in Architecture at Kingston University, London I enjoyed a varied career in local government, sustainability and environmental education in the public sector, before my lifelong interest in food and natural remedies finally led me to my calling in nutritional therapy. I embarked on a 3-year diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in 2017 and I am a member of BANT (the British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Health Care Council).

HEALTHY MIND
HEALTHY YOU

Billions of microorganisms live in our intestines and our 'friendly bacteria' are vital for good health. Achieving balance in the gut is key to a whole range of issues. When it is out of balance, you can experience bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, heartburn, weight changes, autoimmune conditions, food intolerances, mood disorders and skin irritations. I empower my clients to take control of their health through simple nutrition and lifestyle changes.
